Winter Special Menu「Specialty Course」

This course is based on the theme of “white,” reminiscent of the snowy landscape of Karuizawa.
Starting with an unexpected combination of fromage blanc and cuttlefish, the menu continued with efirochette with locked in the flavors of hairy crab, abalone enveloped in pie and grilled,chestnut potage, sweet sea bream.
