At our hotel, we are committed not only to offering a comfortable and memorable stay, but also to operating in harmony with the environment.
By supporting local producers and reducing waste, we aim to take steps toward a more sustainable future.

Sustainability at Buffet Dining Kochel（2F）

・Organic Oat Drink

In our restaurant, we serve organic oat drink, a plant-based alternative that reduces carbon emissions and water usage compared to dairy products.
This eco-friendly choice is part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability.

・Steamed & Stir-Fried Vegetables

We offer a variety of dishes made from fresh, seasonal vegetables, prepared using steaming and stir-frying methods to preserve their natural flavors.
Our plant-forward options are both nutritious and gentle on the planet.

・Use of “Imperfect” Citrus from Hiroshima

We actively use locally grown “imperfect” citrus fruits from Hiroshima.
Despite their irregular appearance, they are just as delicious and help reduce food waste while supporting local farmers.

Sustainability in Your Stay

・Bring along your personal toiletries to avoid using disposable amenities

To reduce plastic waste, we only provide biomass toothbrushes in most guest rooms, with the exception of some rooms.

・For Guests Staying 2 Nights or More

For guests staying 2 nights or more, we offer the option to opt-out of room cleaning and replacement of amenities (such as towels, linens, and toiletries).
Your choice will be considered a donation to our environmental conservation activities, contributing to a greener future.

• This applies to guests staying two nights or more.
• For hygiene reasons, cleaning will be done every three days.

Regarding Donations

If you cooperate by not using amenities and opting out of cleaning, your kind consideration will be used as a donation to support environmental conservation activities in the local municipality (prefecture) where the facility is located.
